Problem:
 Which food products cause apples to rot the fastest?

Procedure: 

I took one Golden Delicious apple and cut it up, I put each piece in a cup. I put ¼ cup of water in 6 cups. One teaspoon of different food products was dissolved into each cup. One additional cup had no water and no food products.

 


Golden Delicious apples were purchased from
Pavilions Supermarket and cut up on February 27, 2000.
