Within El Segundo, cheerleaders play a vital role in raising, leading, and maintaining school spirit in and around the community. This cheer mentor program is designed to further develop that role. Each middle school student will have the opportunity to improve both leadership skills and interpersonal communication while participating with ESHS cheerleaders in countless exciting activities and cheer routines. Middle schoolers will join forces with the ESHS cheerleaders with the goal to inspire leadership on and off the court/field while building enthusiastic and supportive attitudes. Such activities include (but are not limited to) practice cheers & dances, relay races, scavenger hunts, and even team presentations to promote positive interpersonal relationships. Come out and join and fun!
