In this course, students will create daily art projects that reflect their creativity, individualism, and awareness of the environment. Together, we will explore outside for inspiration and materials, and incorporate new ideas with structured art projects using mainly recycled supplies. This class will be a fun way to find new uses for old things! We will create artwork from items such as tin cans, cardboard, twigs and leaves, and newspaper. In addition, a variety of artistic styles and mediums will be used, including weaving, painting, collage, and sculpture. This class will be a great way to allow your child to express themselves creatively in a relaxed, yet stimulating learning environment. This is a 2 week class, which runs Monday through Thursday from 8:30-12:15 at Richmond Street School.

PLEASE NOTE - classes with low enrollment may be cancelled as late as June 10. Every effort will be made to avoid late cancellations.
