Refund Policy:
Full refunds are granted if
1. a course is cancelled by the Summer Academy
2. a course is filled before the receipt of your registration.
3. the course period is changed and the student cannot attend.
4. a course is cancelled due to low enrollment.
5. the student withdraws BEFORE the June 6 deadline. (minus $50
processing fee)
50% refunds are granted if the course is dropped by the student before
the noon June 13 deadline. This requires WRITTEN notification of the
intent to drop/withdraw signed by the parent and received no later than
noon. Email all such requests to docraygen.summerschool@gmail.com
No refunds will be issued after June 13.
Dissatisfaction with the course is not a valid reason for a refund.
Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund. Late registration is
not a valid reason for a refund.
Withdrawal from a Credit Course must be signed
by the instructor, student and parent. You must complete the form,
gather all signatures, and return all books and materials to the summer
school office. Failure to follow this procedure will result in a grade
of F. WITHDRAWAL

PLEASE NOTE - classes with low enrollment may
be cancelled as late as June 10. Every effort will be made to avoid late
